IN MEMORY
In four short years, Ulrik
of Abacus Farms captivated so many people and created some
of the most beautiful offspring ever seen in California.
Ulrik was one of the most beautiful and majestic stallions,
filled with Pure Presence
and undeniable courage.
On October 23, 2004, Ulrik was faced with
his biggest battle.
After a fight only a true War Horse could battle, Ulrik was
humanely given the rest he needed.
As part of his life,
I feel honored to have know him, and been his best friend,
and chief rider, plus I had the pleasure over and over to
watch his incredible foals hit the straw.
He will be missed every day for the rest of my life.
